1. Prices

1.1 The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in The Mindstorm Toys website. We try to ensure that all the prices shown on this website are accurate.
1.2 Subject to free delivery promotions, you will be required to pay for delivery and it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations. Our delivery charges are set out in our website here.
1.3 Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
1.4 Prices and delivery charges where applicable include VAT currently at 20%. A breakdown of VAT charges can be found on your order.


2. Payment

2.1 Payment can be made by the methods provided for you on The Mindstorm Toys website - via the Paypal Payment gateway.  You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment as Paypal accept payment from all major debit/credit cards.
2.2 Customers must be over 18 to make a payment. 
2.2 We will debit the payment from your chosen method of payment at the time that you place your order.
2.3 All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current UK rate (20%).

3. Acknowledging your order

3.1 Following your confirmation of your order, we will send you an email to acknowledge your order. Please note that this email is not a confirmation or acceptance of your order.
3.2 If during processing we discover for any unforeseen reason that we cannot complete order we will cancel the order and email you explaining why (for instance, a stock shortage, inability to obtain payment, or the identification of a pricing, product, or product description fault).
3.3 Your order is accepted and the contract concluded when the product ordered is despatched.

4. Right for you to cancel your contract

4.1 You may cancel your contract with us for the goods you order at any time up to the end of the 7 days from the date you receive the ordered goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your Order nor will you have to pay any penalty. 


5. Delivery of goods to you

5.1 Mindstorm Toys currently deliver products ordered via this website to the UK Mainland Only.  If your delivery area falls outside of the UK Mainland please contact us or telephone 07495200431 as we may still be able to serve you.
5.2 Mindstorm Toys will deliver the goods ordered by you to the UK Mainland address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. 
5.3 Delivery will be made as soon as possible after your order is accepted.
5.4 You will become the owner of the goods you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once goods have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. 
5.5 Goods for delivery outside the European Union may be subject to import duties, taxes and/or customs charges. These charges are levied once the parcel arrives at its destination, and must be paid by the recipient.


6. Damaged or Faulty Items

6.1 Please do not accept or sign for an order which is visibly damaged. If you receive an item which has been damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to provide a replacement as soon as possible. 
6.2 In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within a reasonable period of time. We reserve the right to test the product before a suitable course of action is decided upon.
